The January market numbers are in, and Fargo–Moorhead is off to a strong start in 2026. Compared to last January, home prices jumped 11.8% (your equity is doing a happy dance), closed sales climbed 8%, and new listings finally started appearing (finally, some fresh faces)! With 6 months of inventory, we’re officially in a balanced market—the real estate version of “everyone stay calm, we’re fine.”
