What the Numbers Tell Us!

  • Sales are up 4.3% compared to 2023! This number would be higher if we had more inventory for homes priced under $300,000!
  • Months of inventory for the entire market is at 3 months. This is up 20 days compared to February. Inventory levels vary greatly depending on the price point. A market is considered balanced when inventory is at 4-6 months.
  • The average days on market is at 63 days which is +6 days longer than 2023 but 10 days shorter than last month.
  • The average sales price is up +4.1 % to $297,847! This is a $9,336 increase from February.
