How's the Market?

Appreciation so far this year is 2.29%. Yearly appreciation of 3% to 4% is considered normal in our market. This is a big change from 2022 when appreciation was 10.27%! 

The average sales price this year is $317,232. In our area, we have seen price increases every year since 2012, when the average sales price was $170,706.

It is taking an average of 53 days on the market for homes to sell. This is increased from last year when the average was 41 days.
