- Sales are up 29.3% over January 2023! It’s heating up to be a hot market as we head towards spring! The dip in interest rates has Buyers rushing back to the market! There is just one month of inventory for homes priced under $300,000. This is creating competition and is resulting in many Sellers receiving multiple offers on their homes.
- We are down to just 693 homes on the market compared to 886 at the end of 2023. However, it is 2.8% higher than last January.
- The average sales from for January is at $291,559, which is up 6.55% from 2023.
