How's the Market?
- The Seller's Market continues for homes priced under $350,000 where there is 1.66 months of inventory. There are 5.36 months of inventory for homes priced over $350,000 and for homes over $500,000 inventory is at 6.8 months which is a high, we haven't seen in a couple years.
We are seeing a shift in the mix of existing homes versus new construction homes for sale. Existing homes now make up 65% of the market. Last year, new construction homes outnumbered existing homes for sale.
